Juggernaut NP205 Splined Rear Output Shaft - 35 Spline
For decades it has been known that the 32 spline configuration was the strongest common option for many transfer case outputs. However, in recent years even the 32 spline outputs are becoming the weak links in some off-road machines.
We say "Bigger has got to be better".... Introducing the 35 Spline Juggernaut Series NP205 Rear Output Shaft. The Behemoth Juggernaut Rear output is cut with 35 splines and is a super beefy 1.5″ in diameter.
Easy fit to Stock Housings: This NP205 Rear Output fits the stock NP205 housing, and comes with a new 6208 bearing that fits right in the stock NP205 housing. The standard stock seals and retainers and snap rings that come with the NP205 are compatible and can be used with the Juggernaut shaft. There are VSS options available utilizing our patented Behemoth Drivetrain VSS Conversion Kit.
NO MACHINING REQUIRED. This shaft is made from 8620 steel, and case hardened. It also features oiling holes drilled into the shaft just like later aftermarket NP205 rear output shafts, and not cut through like the stock OEM.
