Built for the next generation of ultra-high-speed electric drivetrains, the Helix IL™ from Behemoth Drivetrain is a production-focused inline reduction gearbox engineered for high-RPM EV motor applications. Designed around a custom high-speed planetary architecture, the Helix IL delivers compact packaging, extreme durability, and continuous high-load capability for demanding EV platforms.

Unlike conventional reduction boxes, the Helix IL was developed specifically for the thermal and lubrication demands of modern high-speed electric motors. Every unit features an integrated oil pump and external oil cooler system to maintain stable operating temperatures during sustained high-RPM use.

The Helix IL has been tested with motor input speeds up to 13,000 RPM, validating the gearbox’s ability to operate in extreme-speed EV environments where conventional driveline components struggle to survive.

The inline architecture makes the Helix IL an ideal solution for ICE-to-EV conversions, allowing builders to retain traditional driveline layouts while integrating modern high-speed electric motors into existing vehicle platforms.

Compatible with Cascadia, Turntide, Hyper9, and YASA motor platforms, the Helix IL is engineered to integrate with a wide range of modern EV systems for both custom and production-level applications.
